POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
When visiting Sugar Spa, it is our mission to help you unwind, relax and rejuvenate. To ensure this, we ask that you arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow ample time for check-in and changing time.
Sugar Spa confirms all spa appointments 48 hours in advance. If you need to cancel or make changes to your appointment please do so within 24 hours of the appointment to avoid a 50% service charge. Any no show appointments will be charged in full.
Policies and Procedures
Please remember that these precautions are put in place for a reason and not to make services difficult/unenjoyable!
Out of respect for one another, we are requiring all clients to wear a mask upon arrival and throughout your appointment(s). Staff will also be asking each client to wash their hands upon arriving and prior to your appointment.
If you are feeling sick, or have been in contact with anyone who is sick PLEASE call to reschedule your appointment. Due to the circumstances our current 24 hour cancellation policy will be waived in these instances. HOWEVER in the event of a no call/no show OR a notice of less than 2 hours to any or all appointments will result in the charge for 100% of all services missed.
We ask that you please be one time and arrive no more than 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Upon your arrival please call the spa and staff will instruct you from there
To help minimize people in the spa we ask that at this time you come alone to appointment scheduled. Children with appointments scheduled will be allowed one parent/guardian in the spa at a time.
Sugar Spa and Beauty Bar reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who appears to be visibly ill.
We all hope that someday soon we will be able to proceed with service as before, but until then we here at Sugar will do our best to provide you with a safe, clean place to escape from everyday life!
